1) Tropical Goose Punch

In contrast to the trend of alcoholic punches being rum-based this deviation is also full of tropical flavours with that smooth vodka finish on the palate. Vibrant in colour with pulsating taste profiles this drink is best enjoyed on warm days by the beach, brunch events or at day time parties.  

Ingredients

  • 1-ounce cherry-flavoured vodka
  • 1-ounce pear-flavoured vodka
  • 1-ounce pineapple juice
  • 1-ounce passionfruit juice
  • 1-ounce orange juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with cubed ice.
  2. Apply medium shake.
  3. Strain over fresh ice in a large tumbler or Mason Jar with ice.
  4. Garnish with large orange slice & pineapple leaf.

2) Elderly Vodka

A well-balanced cocktail expressing slight notes of earthy elderflower, savoury hazelnut and tart lemon juice to settle the scales. Light bodied with a citrus finish to complement seafood and spicy dishes at any dinner party.

Ingredients

1-ounce vodka
1/2 ounce elderflower liqueur
1/4 ounce hazelnut liqueur
1 ounce sweetened lemon juice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large mixing glass with cubed ice.
  2. Stir at a medium speed for approximately 7 to 10 full rotations.
  3. Add crushed ice to a large champagne saucer.
  4. Strain ingredients over the crushed ice.
  5. Add more ice if necessary.
  6. Garnish with a flamed orange rind and lemon slice on the rim.

Adding a bitter complex to the original “French Horn”, this bittersweet combination of orange flavoured vodka, raspberry, bitters, cranberry & grenadine is truly an acquired taste heightening senses of ground roots, herbs and fruity notes on the tongue. Ideal for steak and lamb lovers, also those who enjoy a lightly flavoured cigar.     

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounce orange-flavoured vodka
  • 1/2 ounce raspberry liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce Amaro
  • 3/4 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1 dash grenadine syrup

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients with cracked ice.
  2. Shake vigorously
  3. Strain into a stemmed cordial glass.
  4. Garnish with speared blackberry, blueberry & raspberry.

4) French Cherry Noir

A unique twist to the original “Cosmo Noir” cherry vodka and simple maple syrup creates an entirely different taste profile with generally the same aesthetic look. The addition of blended wine also contributes to the complexity of this savoury and vintage tasting concoction. With each sip, have a nibble of garnished fruit starting with hibiscus fruit and moving to cherry to bring out the best characteristics and pairing habit. 

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ oz. Cherry-flavoured Vodka
  • ½ oz. Simple Maple Syrup
  • 1 Large lime Squeezed
  • ¾ oz. Blended Red Wine ( Chilled )

Directions

  1. Place large cocktail glass in chiller no less than ten (10) minutes.
  2. Combine first three ingredients with cracked ice in shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously & double strain into chilled cocktail glass
  4. Carefully add chilled wine creating a layer over already strained ingredients.
  5. Garnish with preserved hibiscus fruit & black cherry on rim along with long orange peel sprayed over the drink.
