Ingredients

1 orange peeled
1/2 cup carrot
1 banana
1 apple cored and chopped
2/3 cup almond milk (or any non-dairy milk)
10 dried cranberries
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup ice

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients except the flaxseed in the blender. Blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add the ground flaxseed and non-dairy milk, and blend on high speed until very smooth.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with chia seeds.
