ocated off the lobby of Tobago’s gorgeous Magdalena Grand Beach Resort, BENNE CAFE is our new favourite place to unwind and enjoy sweet treats and a cup of coffee or tea.  This lovely gem of a cafe specializes in light fare including freshly-baked pastries, cookies, breads, and beverages.

BENNE CAFE’s extensive beverage menu offers smoothies (made with low fat yogurt!), iced and hot coffee drinks, the wonderful SMAKS Bespoke Teas, Signature Iced Tea Lemonades, Caribbean Tea Lattes and our personal favourites – the Caribbean Chai Latte and the Benne Caffe Macchiato (an espresso shot, steamed milk foam with a benne stick that was soaked in vanilla honey syrup).

Visiting the cafe with kids?  Let them try the classic hot chocolate!  We really like that the cafe offers local artisan foods and drinks – Bare Fruit Juices, SMAKS Bespoke Teas, cocoa tea from Exotic Caribbean Mountain Pride‘s Dark Drinking Chocolate and Tobago Cocoa Estate‘s Cocoa Ball.
