Rossco’s Gourmet Burgers was born out of necessity!!
When I was setting up Rossco’s Lounge and Restaurant in Summer 2011, I wanted to have one food item that we would specialize in. The item would have to become synonymous with the name Rossco’s.
Gourmet Burgers would be the specialty item, I set out testing burger
patties from the local suppliers and they were good but not amazing.
I knew then that if I wanted to have a gourmet burger that attracted people to my lounge I would have to make it myself.
I did my research, sourced the Angus Beef, got the equipment and created Rossco’s Gourmet Burger Patties.
In the beginning the patties were made with a commercial manual press and were only for the lounge/restaurant.
The Gourmet Burgers were so much of a hit I decided to invest in burger
manufacturing equipment, package the patties and offer them for sale.
Rossco’s Gourmet Burgers Angus Patties will always have NO JUNK, NO FILLER and be 100% Natural.
