When we started More Vino over 14 years ago, people called us crazy. As the first wine bar on an island with a strong rum culture, many people couldn’t easily understand our vision. More Vino has always pushed the boundaries in offering its guests a unique experience. We want to bring the world to Trinidad and Tobago and put our own spin on it to create a unique and memorable experience for each and every single guest who walks through our doors. Over the years, we continued to evolve and after an inspiring trip to Japan, made the leap and brought Sushi to Trinidad. Something that was met with even more caution at the time when we were the ONLY local sushi restaurant on the island.
Now, we are proud that sushi has become a very popular food option in Trinidad and Tobago. As we keep the More Vino experience exciting for our customers, we are thrilled to embark on a new chapter as we introduce our new ASIAN FUSION menu. A unique offering with portion style dishes inspired by Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese culinary traditions.
