Amanda Mazely graduated from TTHTI with an associate degree in Culinary Management and a bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management from Johnson and Wales University in North Miami. After three years working in Miami, she returned home and opened her own business ‘Maz Kitchen' where she specializes in sushi rolls and poke bowls.
