1) Tasty Kale and Cranberry Juice

Ingredients

  • 3 Kale leaves (chopped)
  • 1 apple
  • 10 dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Directions

  1. Wash the kale leaves and roughly chop into bite-size pieces
  2. Soak your watercress in a bowl of water containing 1 teaspoon of vinegar for 5 minutes to clean it. Then rinse out twice and dry and chopped into small pieces
  3. Slice the apple and remove the core.
  4. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup papaya (pawpaw)
  • 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup Ice

Directions

  1. Finely grate the carrot.
  2. Slice the apple and remove the core.
  3. Squeeze the juice out the orange, make sure you keep the orange juice pulp for the smoothie.
  4. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 small beetroot or 1/2 medium beetroot
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice

Directions

  1. Wash and peel the beetroot and cut into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the banana into small slices.
  3. Add all of the ingredients to your blender and combine until smooth.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
